Two Choices - Cancel or Keep your Reservation
1) What if I need to cancel?
Nobody makes a reservation thinking they will need to cancel it. But, things happen. Our cancellation policies are outlined below. Our standard policy for cancellations result in a credit to be used at a later point in time. However, some weather-related cancellations are issued a full refund if you have purchased our refundable rain policy! These cancellations must occur 24-72 hours prior to the rental and also meet the refundable rain policy criteria listed below.

2) What if I keep my reservation even though it might rain?
We would love to be able to order up a blue-sky day, but sometimes The Big Guy upstairs has different plans that we just don't understand. So, here's the straight-up info you need to know: Inflatables cannot be used in the rain and/or lightning. They must be turned off. However, once the rain and lightning stop, it is easy to turn them back on and resume activity (it takes 3-4 minutes for an inflatable to blow back up). The inflatables are designed to drain the water as they blow back up. Although Froggy Hops will deliver rain or shine, Froggy Hops still reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in Froggy Hops' judgment, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety concerns for the Renter and/or team members of the Froggy Hops staff. This includes, but is not limited to, wind, rain, lightning, snow, temperature, or mud.

Cancellation Policy Timeline - Understand your options!
Clear. Straight-forward. And Kind. It is important to understand your options when choosing to move forward with any financial decision. At Froggy Hops, we believe to be clear, is to be kind. Our refundable rain policy is valid 24-72 hours prior to the rental time. Standard cancellation policies apply to cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the rental.
Standard Cancellation Policy - Things Happen!
Orders Under $700: Once an inflatable is reserved, you can postpone or re-schedule your bounce house rental up to 24 hours prior to your rental and the amount that has been paid will be credited towards your next rental. No refunds will be given. Due to scheduling, we cannot accept changes to an order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery. No credits will be given for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice.
Orders Over $700: Once equipment is reserved, you can post-pone or re-schedule your rental up to 60 days prior to your rental and the amount that has been paid will be credited towards your next rental. No refunds will be given. Due to scheduling, any changes or cancellations to orders with less than 60 days notice (ie changing a reservation from 5 inflatables to 4 inflatables) are credited 75% of the amount canceled. 25% of the rental rate for the canceled item will still apply. No credits will be given for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice.

Orders Under $700: If there is a 60% chance of rain for the rental date (according to www.accuweather.com) for the city of the reservation, you have the option for a 100% REFUND if you choose to cancel and have purchased our refundable rain policy. If you choose to cancel but have not purchased our refundable rain policy, a credit will be applied to your account for your next order. Because weather forecasts are most accurate when measuring close to the date in mind, this forecast must be valid between 24-72 hours prior to the rental date. The customer must notify Froggy Hops of the desired cancelation at least 24 hours prior to the rental start-time to be eligible for the refund. Changes with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. Due to the hard work of our staff before, during, and after a reservation, rentals that are delivered are not refunded regardless of weather. The cost of the refundable rain policy is 10% of the rental rate and must be purchased at the time of the reservation.
Orders Over $700 (Non-refundable): Orders over $700 are given a full credit for the amount that has been paid when an event is canceled within 24-72 hours prior to the event due to rain in the forecast. No refunds will be given. To issue the full credit, there must be over a 60% chance of rain during the event-time posted on accuweather website for the city of the reservation. Because weather forecasts are most accurate when close to the date in mind, weather exceptions are not valid when a cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to the rental start-time. No credits will be given for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice.
